In 2024, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints started releasing batches of hymns that would be included in the new hymnbook that would be published in 2027. I began arranging several of the new hymns for my ward choir (our Church is separated by geographic boundaries called wards). When I went to look for this hymn, I couldn't find an a cappella arrangement, so I sat down Sunday morning, March 22, 2026, and wrote this before church so I could have it for choir practice that afternoon.
